Photoelectric Smoke Alarm
The FA016 alarm features a high-performance photoelectric smoke sensor, ideal for detecting smoke from slow, smouldering fires. In addition, the chamber design, integrated insect screen and unique dust compensation algorithm reduce the risk of nuisance alarms.
The FA016 is powered by 16Vdc main supply from the Brooks FA40/FA80 Residential Control and Indicating Equipment (RCIE). FA016 must only be used to connected to an F40 / F80 RCIE.
In the event the 16Vdc supply fails, the internal rechargeable 10- year built-in non-removable lithium standby battery. The battery will power the FA014 for up to 6 months.
