Our experience of working with Brooks has been very very good, excellent in fact, superb. They listen to our specific needs and help solve them! They are very generous with their time. We really appreciated a fire engineer coming to Dunedin to talk about what we needed, to look at the environment and to discuss scenarios, to work with us around the problem areas and offer options. Lester has been down, he’s phoned, he supports us and explains how things work. We now have a specific system to meet our specific needs in a multi complex environment. We would like to thank everyone at Brooks. We are grateful for their support, their advice and for listening to us. We now have a product that we have Tried, Tested and Trust. So much so that we are putting it into some of our other environments.
